Comments about the artist:
An artist who creates works of art, which are representative of Indian Culture, through meaningful figures and forms!
Worship, faith, prayer, love, humility, compassion, purity, submission - a world of such varied emotions and expressions with the sky as the background are the artist’s offering.
Through these works of art the unbreakable relationship the artist has with the sky becomes obvious. Emotional figures and forms extending themselves towards the sky can be considered a representation of the same.
Pastel colour strokes create the impression of dream-like state while showing not only the serenity of nature, but also the purity, holiness, humility and brilliance that is so characteristic of natural forms such as the sun, the moon, the stars, clouds, banana leaves used for the composition.
The grainy texturing of canvas has helped dramatize human emotions on dream-like background and helped the artist create superlative works of art.
The art forms represent hope...Inclined toward surrealism, these works of art, if studied carefully reveal the ‘Painted Prayers’ of the artist to ‘Mother Nature’.
